Terms & Conditions for Booking


Booking fees are required to secure an appointment with one of the artists at The Wolf Shed ; without which the slot will be offered to other clients and no design work will begin.


No other party has any rights under these T&Cs other than you (hereinafter referred to as the ‘client)’, the artist and the studio.


Nothing within these Terms and conditions affects the client’s statutory rights.

Please ensure that you can make the appointment prior to committing to a date.

Payment of a booking fee confirms a client’s acceptance & confirmation of the following:


• The client is aged 18 and above.


• The client has no knowledge of any reason, medical illness, or injury that would impede or affect their ability to be tattooed.


• The client is not pregnant or breastfeeding,


• Booking fees are non-refundable in any circumstance, except where a refund is required by law.


• Changes to the clients design concept, as submitted at the point of booking, will not be accepted.


• Designs are shared with clients on the morning of the appointment. Changes requested to the design may be added to ‘tattoo time’ and therefore charged at the artist’s rate.


• The design and stencil remains the property of the artist.


• In the event that the client is unable to attend the appointment on the agreed date/time, they will provide the artist with at least fourteen full and consecutive days’ notice, in writing, prior to the appointment date.


• Requests to reschedule an appointment, that are received less than fourteen days prior to the appointment, will be treated as a cancellation and should a new appointment be required; this will incur a separate booking fee.


• Rescheduled appointments will be within 3 full months of the original appointment; or should no dates be available, the first slot after, to avoid incurring a new booking fee.


• Changes to the appointment date/time within the appropriate notice period will be accepted once. Thereafter it will be treated as a cancellation & the booking fee will be forfeited by the client.


• In the event a client cancels their appointment for any reason, the booking fee and any other sums paid are nonrefundable.


• A client can pay additional sums towards their appointment/s cost, if agreed by the artist/studio. Any additional payments (in advance) will form part of their booking fee; and the above terms and conditions will apply for the total sum; i.e. the full amount paid is non-refundable and forfeited in the event of a cancellation.


• In the unlikely event the artist is required to cancel your appointment, you appointment will be rescheduled for the soonest available appointment; the booking fee will be carried over to a new appointment date.


• The collection and use of the client's personal information will be subject to the privacy policy.


• Images taken of the finished tattoo/s can be utilised by the artist and or studio for their portfolio and online portfolio. The client agrees that these images may be used for printing, online promotions and campaigns; or in other ways required by the artist to display their work.


• Where touch ups are required, the artist must be notified within 4 weeks of the original appointment.


• Touch ups of hands, fingers, feet, elbows and necks are not included in the original cost of the tattoo,  these class as specialist areas, and a minimum charge is applicable. Please request our further information document, should this apply to your tattoo.


• Where the client would like to add to, or make change a completed tattoo, charges will be applicable.


• The full payment due, for the appointment must be paid at the end of the client’s session; before the client leaves the studio.


If you have a query about payment, please ask a member of the team.


Should the artist, and/or studio delay in taking steps against the client in respect of their breaking of the T&C’s or consent form, this will not mean that the client does not have abide by the points therein. Delay will not prevent the studio and/or artist from taking steps against the client at a later date.


Should any court or relevant authority decide that any paragraph of the T&Cs is unlawful; the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.


Vouchers


Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are none refundable in whole or in part.

They are not transferable to another party.

Vouchers have no cash value.

Vouchers can be used to make a booking, as a booking fee, at which stage the above T's & C's become applicable to the whole voucher value.


If you have any queries regarding these terms & conditions, these must be discussed & clarified with the artist or studio in writing, prior to booking.
